TWS and Florida: Another step towards a holistic city brand
TechnoPark und Wirtschaftsförderung Schwerte GmbH (TWS) is the central contact in Schwerte for the development of Schwerte as a business location, a growth-oriented business climate and the preservation and creation of jobs.
TWS brokers commercial real estate and is involved in establishing contacts and networks. Under the motto “The future is made by the future”, all the bodies of TechnoPark and Wirtschaftsförderung Schwerte GmbH have joined forces to drive forward the economic development of the city of Schwerte.
Develop trust through visual structure.
The preceding development of the new corporate design of Schwerter Stadtmarketing already included the connection to TWS in the creation process. The combination of design elements and the integration of the new color and imagery creates an independent yet associated identity that visually conveys to viewers the connectedness of the city’s organizations.
Structure & Clarity
Analogous to the corporate design, the structure of the TWS site is based on the city marketing website. The direct connection via a meta navigation clearly shows the added value in usability. Users can find their way around both pages and thus quickly find the information they need.
As a municipal organization, a clear information hierarchy, as well as accessible design rules and error-free & accessible usability is essential.
The new imagery combines the innovative character of TWS with the familiarity of the Schwerte location. Details, blurs, and interesting perspectives reveal a new way of looking at this long-standing institution.
Service offer at a glance
Business space management of the surrounding industrial & commercial sites is an important part of the business development business model. The areas were staged in an eye-catching way for the presentation on the new homepage with the drone images created.
